The Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which provides an Energy Efficiency Rating and Environmental Impact Rating for the property. The report also contains advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills.
In addition, all residential properties marketed for rent also require an EPC. This includes social housing.
